Overview
I started working full time at ENTRE in 2022. They knew I had a background in optimization so they asked me to start running their tests for them. I ran test after test, all their ideas at their request, and they ended up all being losers.
I told them of a simple and easy test that I could run right now that would dramatically increase their funnels conversion rate but they couldn’t believe that something that simple would make a difference so they told me not to run it… I ended up doing it in secret because I was confident in my experience and had run this test across multiple funnels with nothing but success.
One week later, I showed the owner the results of my test… A doubling of their conversion rate. From that moment on, I was fully put in charge of testing and went on to reduce their cost per acquisition from $683 to $378 translating to $18.5M in yearly savings while also generating an extra $11.3M in yearly revenue from increased lead flow.
I was promoted to Marketing Operations Manager, developed a team of people to streamline this process and went on to launch 53 winning conversion rate optimizations with an average improvement of 39.4% in 1 year.
