Overview
While working full time at Millionaire Publishing, the sales team was struggling to convert their normal leads which were converting around 1.5%. In response I invented a strategy to generate application sales leads that converted 5x higher than average and scaled it to 300 leads per month. The result was a yearly impact of over $1M in extra revenue for the sales team.
I continued my optimization work on the FE sales funnels Increasing new front end customers from 0 to 200 per day by through high impact CVR optimizations of 13, 29, 53 and even up to 101%. All while spearheading the framework and startup of the company's acquisition department leading to a 143% ROAS.
